Code: SR18APX/8044Product detailed description
Premium Pyrex Infinity stainless steel saucepan , taking everyday cooking to a higher level. Elegant brushed stainless steel looks great at first glance, but the true strength of this cookware becomes apparent during cooking. Precise workmanship, quality materials and well-thought-out details make this saucepan an ideal helper for everyday and more demanding kitchens.
The saucepan is made of high-quality 18/10 stainless steel , which is safe for health and completely PFAS-free. This means clean and natural cooking without unwanted substances, full control over food preparation and maximum emphasis on the quality of the finished dish. The stainless steel surface is also highly scratch-resistant, does not absorb odours or flavours, and preserves the natural taste of ingredients.
Thanks to its well-designed construction, the saucepan responds quickly to temperature changes and ensures even heat distribution across the entire base. The result is more precise cooking without scorching and better control over every step of preparation. Ideal for sauces, soups, porridge, pasta or heating smaller portions. The sufficiently long ergonomic solid handle offers a comfortable and secure grip even when cooking at high temperatures.
The smart details of the PYREX Infinity saucepan make everyday use considerably more convenient. The glass lid allows you to monitor cooking without removing it, integrated draining holes make draining liquids easier and the practical pouring spout helps with precise pouring without unnecessary spills. The internal measuring scale then allows easy measuring directly during cooking without the need for additional utensils.
The saucepan is suitable for all types of cookers including induction and can also be used in the oven without problems (up to 260 °C, lid up to 200 °C). The combination of high durability, universal use and a professional appearance makes this range an ideal choice for the modern kitchen.

Advice and tips
The stainless steel saucepan is ideal for everyday cooking, where you will appreciate precise temperature control and a quick response to changes in heat output. It is perfect for preparing sauces , soups, side dishes or smaller portions of food. Thanks to even heat distribution, dishes are less likely to scorch and retain their natural taste and texture.
For maximum effect, we recommend cooking at medium heat – stainless steel heats up quickly and retains heat well, so there is no need to use the highest setting. With proper use, you can also achieve a partially non-stick effect without using special coatings.
You will appreciate the integrated draining holes and pouring spout when draining pasta, vegetables or stocks, when no additional utensils are needed. The glass lid helps retain heat and moisture inside the vessel while also allowing convenient monitoring of the cooking process.
Stainless steel is highly durable and retains its attractive appearance for a long time when used correctly. In the event of heavier soiling or scorching, we recommend pouring water into the vessel, adding a little baking soda or vinegar and briefly heating the mixture. The dirt will then loosen much more easily, leaving the stainless steel surface clean without aggressive scrubbing.
Pyrex – from an American idea to a French kitchen icon
The brand Pyrex® was founded in 1915 in the USA, when Bessie and Jessie Littleton, with the help of NONEX glass from Corning, laid the foundations for the first exceptionally durable glass baking dish. A few years later, the Pyrex story moved to Europe: from 1922 borosilicate glass began to be produced in France and in 1970 main production moved to the plant in Châteauroux , where Pyrex has been formed, pressed and manufactured to this day — this is where a huge furnace covering almost 100 m² stands and processes over 150 tonnes of raw materials daily. Pyrex is therefore rightly based on the designation Made in France and the quality associated with it
Thanks to continuous innovation, Pyrex glass products today withstand extreme temperatures from –40 °C to +350 °C and thermal shocks of up to 240 °C (EN 1183). The brand has also expanded its range beyond iconic glass — since 2004, it has included metal and ceramic cookware, frying pans and saucepans. At its core, however, the essential remains: durable, hygienic and flavour-neutral materials that make cooking and serving easier across generations.
