BOLSIUS cemetery lantern, 22 cm, red flower

Product detailed description

The Bolsius red flower lantern is a symbol of quiet reflection, memories and respect. Its sturdy glass body with a delicate red flower motif lets light through in warm shades and creates a cosy, dignified setting. The glass body allows the flame to stand out fully, while the base and cylindrical form ensure stability even in windy conditions. The securely attached plastic lid protects the flame from wind and rain , so the lantern burns safely throughout the period— up to 36 hours. Once burned out, a new filling can simply be inserted, allowing the lantern to be used repeatedly for many years. The quality of the Bolsius brand guarantees clean burning, stability and careful workmanship, making the lantern more than just a candle—it is a gesture of remembrance and gratitude.

Tips and advice

Place the lantern on a level, stable surface—it is ideal for a cemetery, memorial site, garden or entrance, where it creates an atmosphere of calm and hope. Once the candle has burned out and cooled, you can easily clean away the wax residue and insert a new filling—the lantern will shine again in moments. The glass surface can be wiped with a soft cloth to preserve its natural shine.
Although ideal for the All Souls’ Day period , it looks beautiful all year round—as a luminous reminder of loved ones or as a gentle decoration that brings warmth, silence and humility to the space.

Lanterns are beautifully complemented by gentle tea lights , which are suitable for shorter periods of illumination or as accompanying light during evening reflection. If you prefer longer burning, choose taller pillar candles , which are also ideal as replacement fillings for these lanterns – their stable flame creates an impressive atmosphere and reliably lasts for many hours. For arranging flowers and All Souls’ Day decorations, we recommend vases in muted tones that match the lanterns and enhance the overall impression. You can complete the memorial or seasonal arrangement with accessories from our range of decorations – from small candle holders to natural ornaments. And if you would like to create a harmonious corner of calm at home, try complementing the lanterns with scented candles or aroma lamps , which create pleasant evening quiet and the warmth of home.
