Before baking, we recommend lightly greasing the moulds with butter or oil , which will make it easier to remove the finished pastry. After use, they can be washed by hand or in a dishwasher (with quick drying to prevent moisture residue). Hand washing is gentler, however, and helps preserve their surface and shape.
