A classic jazz machine for the preparation of excellent Arabic-style coffee. Made of high quality stainless steel and with a plastic handle, the maximum volume is 450 ml.
Instructions for coffee preparation: Fill the coffee pot two-thirds full with cold water, add very finely ground coffee and sugar if necessary and place on a hot stove/burner. Once the coffee starts to foam on the surface, immediately remove, gently boil and repeat two more times. Before serving, cellar again and carefully pour into cups - the fine sediment should remain at the bottom in the expanding part of the pot.
