Advice and tips

You do not have to use the metal moulds only for sweet baking. Try egg muffins with vegetables and cheese, mini quiches, small baked portions, savoury muffins or individual portions of baked breakfasts. Four separate moulds give you greater freedom than a conventional connected muffin tin and adapt better to the space inside the air fryer.

Wash the moulds before first use. Pyrex recommends lightly greasing the non-stick surface before each baking session. To preserve its properties, hand wash with a soft sponge and a non-abrasive product. Do not cut into the surface with a knife or other sharp objects.

When removing the moulds from the air fryer, bear in mind that the metal mould and its handle will be hot – always use an oven mitt. The moulds are not intended for use directly on a hob.

The non-stick surface makes it easier to turn out finished dishes and significantly simplifies subsequent cleaning. For the longest possible service life, we recommend using gentle kitchen utensils and avoiding aggressive scrubbing with metal sponges.
