TORO Camping barbecue grill grate 18x8cm

Product detailed description

TORO Camping barbecue grill grate with a wooden handle is designed specifically for grilling fish, fillets and smaller pieces that could easily fall apart on a conventional grate. Thanks to its compact grilling surface and finer mesh, it keeps food firmly in place and enables easy turning without losses. Thanks to the corrugation of the mesh, the grate is also suitable for grilling 4 sausages or frankfurters at once.

The grate's double construction firmly holds the fish between two meshes, so you can turn it in one movement without the risk of it falling apart or sticking to the grill. This type of grate is popular for gentle and even grilling of fish

The total length of approx. 60 cm (including the handle) ensures a safe distance from the heat , while the wooden handle provides a comfortable grip and does not transfer heat to your hand.

Its lightweight and practical construction makes it an ideal tool not only for fish, but also for vegetables, cheese or smaller pieces of meat.

Advice and tips

The grate is ideal for grilling whole fish, fillets or delicate foods that could fall apart on a conventional grate. Simply insert the food, close and turn – it will remain exactly where it should.

Thanks to its smaller and narrower construction, it is also ideal for smaller grills or quick grilling when you do not want to handle a large grate unnecessarily.

For the best result, we recommend lightly brushing the fish with oil – this will prevent sticking and enhance the flavour and texture of the meat.

After use, it is best to clean the grate while still warm and then rinse it – this will extend its service life and maintain grilling quality.
