Advice and tips

Place the candle on a level, non-flammable surface and away from flammable materials; thanks to the gold lid the flame is protected from wind and burns for up to 48 hours without intervention. Do not move the candle while it is burning, and do not remove the lid. The body is made of hard paper with a durable, glossy surface and the candle is for single use – after it has completely burned out, allow it to cool and dispose of it in an environmentally responsible manner in accordance with local rules. This type is ideal for days of remembrance, as well as for moments of quiet reflection throughout the year.

Lanterns are beautifully complemented by delicate tea lights , which are suitable for shorter periods of illumination or as additional light during evening reflection. If you prefer longer burning, choose taller pillar candles , which are also ideal as replacement fillings for these lanterns – their steady flame creates an impressive atmosphere and reliably lasts for many hours. For arranging flowers and All Souls' Day decorations, we recommend vases in muted tones that match the lanterns and enhance the overall impression. You can then complete the entire memorial or seasonal decoration with accessories from our range of decorations – from small candle holders to natural ornaments. And if you want to create a harmonious peaceful corner at home, try complementing the lanterns with scented candles or aroma lamps , which create a pleasant sense of silence and the warmth of home in the evening.
