The pot comes with a practical glass lid with a metal rim , which prevents breakage, and a vent for releasing excess steam. Thanks to the non-stick surface, a large amount of fat is not needed and food does not burn. The reinforced base of the pot distributes heat evenly. The pot is suitable for induction, gas, ceramic-glass and electric cookers and can be washed in the dishwasher.
