Casserole with a 20 cm diameter glass lid with a non-stick Xylan surface that prevents food from burning and ensures perfect thermal conductivity, saving you energy and time when cooking. The casserole is suitable for all types of cookers, including induction.
Instructions for use and maintenance: Before using the casserole for the first time, first wash it well with hot water and dishwashing detergent (do not use abrasive cleaners or wire cloth, which will damage the non-stick surface of the casserole) and allow to dry properly.
The casserole can be washed in the dishwasher, but to preserve the longer life of the material used, we recommend more gentle hand washing. When preparing food, use only heat-resistant wooden, silicone or nylon kitchen utensils. Do not heat to temperatures above 220°C. In particular, an empty casserole on an induction hob can reach temperatures of up to 500°C very quickly, which can affect the quality of the non-stick surface.
