Traditional aluminium coffee machine for making excellent home coffee. A simple preparation method very close to espresso, but at a fraction of the cost. The coffee maker has a capacity of 300 ml.
Instructions for preparation:
1. grind the coffee to a medium to finer degree
2. pour water, ideally room temperature, not cold, into the bottom of the pot up to below the pressure relief valve on the side
3. put on the funnel coffee tray and fill it to the surface with coffee. Do not rush the coffee, just align
4. screw on the head of the pot and tighten securely
5. put the coffee on to brew, ideally on a gas stove. Keep the lid of the pot closed while brewing. Keep an eye on the brewing process; once the coffee starts to overflow into the top of the pot, turn off the flame and turn off the brewer before the end of the extraction process to prevent the bottom from burning. The coffee takes about 5 minutes to brew, but it depends on the size of the pot and the type of brewer
