Oval glass roasting dish that is easy to handle thanks to its sturdy handles. Ideal for cooking dishes of specific shapes, such as roasts, whole chickens or gratins. The Pyrex® borosilicate glass dish promises even and controlled baking. It is also appreciated at the table for serving directly from the oven , adding an aesthetic and refined touch.

TIPS AND BENEFITS

The benefits of Pyrex® borosilicate glass are exceptional. It resists extreme temperatures from -40°C to +300°C. It is highly resistant to thermal shocks up to 220°C (EN 1183): it can be moved from a freezer at -20°C into an oven at 20°C. Hygienic BPA-free material does not retain stains or odours. Scratch-resistant

Wash before first use. Avoid abrasive cleaning products. Washing dishes under abnormal conditions, such as high water temperature and excessive detergent dosage, may damage the glass. In case of burnt-on or stuck-on food, we recommend soaking the dish in soap and water after it has cooled.

Never use directly on a heat source such as a gas burner, electric hob, ceramic hob or grill.

During cooking and baking, it is better to use gentle kitchen utensils made of wood, silicone or melamine. This prevents unnecessary scratching and extends its service life.

When handling hot roasting dishes, we recommend using kitchen oven mitts , which protect your hands from high temperatures.
