BRABANTIA quality frying pan with a three-layer non-stick surface that can be used on all types of cookers including induction, it is also suitable for the oven (up to a maximum temperature of 180 °C). The excellent non-stick surface of the pan allows the use of less fat when cooking. The elegant ergonomic handles hold the rivets firmly. Therefore, there is not much heat transfer and they are therefore safer and as comfortable as possible when cooking.When cooking, use only wooden or plastic utensils. Always use a mitt when handling a hot pan, the handle is stainless steel and could cause burns. The pan can be washed in the dishwasher, but we recommend a gentler hand wash using non-abrasive detergents. The pan diameter is 28 cm.
