The KITCHISIMO Nero pancake pan with a diameter of 26 cm allows you to prepare four beautifully uniform pancakes at once – equal in size, evenly cooked and without batter spreading across the entire pan. The solid construction made of cast aluminium distributes heat well, while the high-quality non-stick coating makes preparation and turning food easier with less fat. The four separate wells, each with a diameter of 10 cm are certainly not intended only for classic yeasted pancakes. You can also use the pan for American pancakes, potato pancakes, fried eggs, omelettes, vegetable fritters or sweet and savoury breakfast pancakes. It is also practical when preparing breakfast for the whole family – several portions can be prepared simultaneously in the individual wells, each according to a different preference. The low edges make it easier to lift and turn food, while the long plastic handle provides a comfortable grip. The pan is suitable for gas, electric and ceramic hobs as well as induction hobs , so it can be used in practically any kitchen.

Advice and tips:

For beautifully uniform pancakes, pour approximately the same amount of batter into each well. First heat the pan to medium heat and only then start baking. Excessively high heat may cause the surface to brown quickly while the batter remains undercooked inside. Thanks to the non-stick coating, only a small amount of fat is usually sufficient.

You do not have to stick to a sweet breakfast. Try potato pancakes, courgette or vegetable fritters, small omelettes or eggs. The four separate wells help maintain a regular round shape and allow several pieces to be prepared simultaneously.

Protect the non-stick coating from scratches. When turning food, use wooden, plastic or silicone kitchen utensils and do not cut food directly in the pan. The manufacturer states that the pan can be washed in a dishwasher; however, gentle hand washing with a soft sponge is a good choice for long-term preservation of the non-stick coating.

Pans intended for baking pancakes are flat and wide with low edges, so they are easy to turn and the batter can spread evenly.
