Advice and tips

To make the faces on the pancakes clearly visible, lightly grease the individual wells and pour an appropriate amount of batter onto a well-heated pan. We recommend baking at a medium temperature , so that the motif has time to develop nicely and the pancakes cook evenly inside as well.

You can also have fun with the smiley faces when serving. Add blueberries, raspberries, strawberries or banana slices , a little yoghurt, jam or nut spread and create a cheerful breakfast for children that will be a little different each time. For savoury dishes, try small potato or vegetable fritters and prepare an original snack or refreshment.

Protect the non-stick surface from scratching and use silicone, wooden or plastic turners. According to the manufacturer, the pan can be washed in a dishwasher; gentle hand washing with a soft sponge will help keep the non-stick surface in good condition over the long term.

Pans intended for baking pancakes are flat and wide with low edges, so they are easy to turn and the batter can spread evenly.
