The batter can easily be spread into a thin, even layer, and the finished pancake can be conveniently lifted with a turner. Solid cast aluminium distributes heat well across the entire surface, while the quality non-stick coating helps reduce sticking and allows dishes to be prepared with less fat. The pan is not limited to classic sweet pancakes. It is also excellent for savoury pancakes, crêpes, tortillas, potato and vegetable fritters, lokše or fried eggs.
