The batter can easily be spread into a thin, even layer, and the finished pancake can be conveniently lifted with a turner. Solid cast aluminium distributes heat well across the entire surface, while the quality non-stick surface helps reduce burning and allows food to be prepared with less fat. The pan is not limited to classic sweet pancakes. It is also excellent for savoury pancakes, crêpes, tortillas, potato and vegetable fritters, lokše or fried eggs. The practical plastic handle ensures comfortable handling, and the opening also allows the pan to be hung up. For delicate, thin pancakes, first allow the pan to heat evenly, then bake at a medium temperature. Pour the batter into the centre and quickly tilt the pan to spread it to the edges. Thanks to the non-stick surface, only a small amount of fat is usually needed.
