Wok pan 28 cm diameter with bakelite handle and non-stick Xylan surface, which prevents food from burning and ensures perfect heat conductivity, saving you energy and time when cooking. The pan is suitable for all types of cookers including induction.
Instructions for use and maintenance: Before using the pan for the first time, first wash the pan well with hot water and dishwashing detergent (do not use abrasive cleaners or wire cloth, which damage the non-stick surface of the pan) and allow to dry properly.
The pan is dishwasher safe. Use only heat-resistant wooden, silicone or nylon cooking utensils when preparing food. Do not heat to a temperature higher than 220°C. In particular, an empty pan on an induction hob can reach temperatures of up to 500°C very quickly, which can affect the quality of the non-stick surface.
