Baking pan with glass lid PROVENCE 32x20cm is suitable for any kind of baking in the oven, but you can also steam or cook in it on the stove, including induction. The baking dish is made of cast aluminium, with a non-stick surface. The durable borosilicate glass lid can be used for baking or roasting in the oven, even on its own. Dishwasher safe - however, we recommend hand washing to prolong the life of the non-stick surface, do not use metal utensils when working.
