The PROVENCE roasting dish with glass lid 32x20cm is suitable for any baking in the oven, and can also be used for stewing or cooking on the hob, including induction. The roasting dish is made of cast aluminium with a non-stick coating. The durable borosilicate glass lid can be used for baking or oven cooking, including separately. Suitable for the dishwasher – however, hand washing is recommended to extend the service life of the non-stick coating; do not use metal utensils.
