Pyrex® borosilicate glass has built an excellent reputation since 1922 thanks to its unrivalled durability, withstanding extreme temperatures from -40°C to +300°C , as well as thermal shocks of up to 220°C. It is also recognised for its quality, is highly scratch-resistant, and does not retain stains or odours. Naturally, it is also healthy and BPA-free.

TIPS AND BENEFITS

The benefits of Pyrex® borosilicate glass are outstanding. It withstands extreme temperatures from -40°C to +300°C. It is highly resistant to thermal shocks of up to 220°C (EN 1183): it can be transferred from a freezer at -20°C to an oven at 20°C. Hygienic BPA-free material does not retain stains or odours. Scratch-resistant

Wash before first use. Avoid abrasive cleaning products. Washing dishes under abnormal conditions, such as high water temperature and excessive detergent dosage, may damage the glass. In the event of burnt or stuck-on food, we recommend soaking the cooled dish in soap and water.

Never use directly on a heat source such as a gas burner, electric hob, ceramic hob or grill.

During cooking and baking, it is better to use gentle kitchen utensils made of wood, silicone or melamine. This will prevent unnecessary scratching and extend its service life.

When handling hot baking dishes, we recommend using oven mitts , which protect your hands from high temperatures.
