Pyrex® borosilicate glass has built an excellent reputation since 1922 thanks to its unrivalled durability, resisting extreme temperatures from -40°C to +300°C , as well as thermal shocks up to 220°C. It is also recognised for its quality, is highly scratch-resistant and does not retain stains or odours. Naturally, it is also healthy and BPA-free.

TIPS AND BENEFITS

The benefits of Pyrex® borosilicate glass are exceptional. It resists extreme temperatures from -40°C to +300°C. It is highly resistant to thermal shocks up to 220°C (EN 1183): it can be moved from a freezer at -20°C into an oven at 20°C. Hygienic BPA-free material does not retain stains or odours. Scratch-resistant

Wash before first use. Avoid abrasive cleaning products. Washing dishes under abnormal conditions, such as high water temperature and excessive detergent dosage, may damage the glass. In case of burnt-on or stuck-on food, we recommend soaking the dish in soap and water after it has cooled.

Never use directly on a heat source such as a gas burner, electric hob, ceramic hob or grill.

During cooking and baking, it is better to use gentle kitchen utensils made of wood, silicone or melamine. This prevents unnecessary scratching and extends its service life.

When handling hot roasting dishes, we recommend using kitchen oven mitts , which protect your hands from high temperatures.
