TIPS AND BENEFITS

For easier care and a longer service life, we recommend washing the tray thoroughly before first use and, when baking sweet dishes, greasing it with fat and dusting it with flour or using baking paper. For savoury dishes, aluminium foil or baking foil , which prevents food from sticking, is helpful.

Enamel cookware is durable, but it is not recommended to cool it rapidly after removing it from the oven.

If you enjoy baking, also look at the baking moulds we offer in various shapes and sizes. For convenient handling of a hot tray, oven mitts and silicone matswill be useful. For serving baked treats, we recommend stylish serving trays and, for storing leftovers, practical food containers.

An important advantage is very easy care in the dishwasher. Thanks to the smooth surface, baked-on residue is easy to remove, which you will appreciate with frequent use
