TIPS AND BENEFITS

The tin withstands temperatures of up to 230°C; to preserve its quality, we recommend hand washing and gentle drying. Do not use metal utensils, which could damage the surface. A thin layer of fat or baking paper will help keep the tin in its best condition for many years.
For more convenient baking and a cleaner result, we recommend lining the individual cups with paper cases – the muffins can then be easily carried, served or taken as a small gift when visiting someone. With proper care, it will last for many years and ensure perfect results every time you bake, whether you are preparing a Sunday dessert or a whole tray of fragrant muffins.

The PFAS-free non-stick surface is a modern and safer alternative to Teflon – it contains no fluorinated substances, making it gentler on health and the environment while remaining durable and easy to clean.

Wash before first use. Avoid abrasive cleaning agents. Washing dishes under abnormal conditions, such as high water temperature and excessive detergent dosage, may damage the non-stick surface. If food is burnt or stuck, we recommend soaking the cooled cookware in soap and water.

Never use directly on a heat source such as a gas burner, electric hob, ceramic hob or grill.

During cooking and baking, it is better to use gentle cooking utensils made of wood, silicone or melamine. This will prevent unnecessary scratching and extend the service life.

When baking at home, you will certainly appreciate the wide range of baking aids. Clearly arranged baking utensils, bowls of various sizes and cutters in many different shapes and sizes.

The complete range of muffin tins includes tins with non-stick surfaces, as well as glass and silicone tins in various sizes. When handling hot baking dishes, we recommend using kitchen oven gloves , which protect your hands from high temperatures.

If you want to enjoy even better baking, be sure to try our baking dishes with a non-stick surface or practical baking dishes with lids , which allow food to be stored directly after baking. For baking enthusiasts, we also offer a wide range of baking tins , which make preparing sweet and savoury dishes easier.

Pyrex – from an American idea to a French kitchen icon

The Pyrex® brand was founded in 1915 in the USA, when Bessie and Jessie Littleton, with the help of NONEX glass from Corning, laid the foundation for the first exceptionally durable glass baking dish. A few years later, the Pyrex story moved to Europe: from 1922 borosilicate glass began to be produced in France and in 1970 main production moved to the plant in Châteauroux , where Pyrex is still shaped, pressed and manufactured today — this is where a huge furnace covering almost 100 m² stands and processes over 150 tonnes of raw materials every day. Pyrex can therefore rightfully rely on the designation Made in France and the quality associated with it

Thanks to continuous innovation, Pyrex glass products today withstand extreme temperatures from –40 °C to +350 °C and thermal shocks of up to 240 °C (EN 1183). The brand has also expanded beyond its iconic glass — since 2004, its range has included metal and ceramic cookware, pans and saucepans. At its core, however, the essentials remain: durable, hygienic and taste-neutral materials that make cooking and serving easier across generations.
