Advice and tips

For easier mixing, we recommend pouring the liquid into the shaker first and only then adding the protein powder. Insert the removable filter, screw the entire lid on tightly, close the drinking-spout cover and shake. The filter helps mix the blend evenly without a noisy metal ball, and after use you can simply remove it and clean it separately.
