To ensure the TORO performs at its best, we recommend briefly preheating it with hot water or cooling it with cold water before use—depending on whether you plan to serve coffee, tea, or a refreshing drink. To maintain the temperature, pour in hot (or cold) water, close the lid, and let it sit for five minutes. Then empty it, fill it with your favorite beverage, and close the lid tightly again. 

After emptying, leave the thermos open so the glass insert can dry completely. Maintenance is simple—we recommend hand washing, which will extend the life of both the thermos and the seal.
